Company Information
Article 1 - General Provisions These general terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all orders placed via the webshop. By placing an order, the customer ("Customer") agrees to these Terms. Deviations are only valid if agreed upon in writing.
Additional conditions from the Customer are excluded unless they have been explicitly accepted in writing in advance.
Article 2 - Prices All prices are stated in euros and, unless otherwise mentioned, include VAT. Any shipping, administrative, or reservation costs will be separately stated during the ordering process. Prices apply exclusively to the explicitly described products. Images may contain decorative elements not included in the price. Obvious errors or mistakes in pricing do not bind the seller.
Article 3 - Offer The online catalog and webshop are compiled with the utmost care. However, some information may be incomplete or outdated. The seller is not liable for material errors, typographical or printing mistakes in the offer. If a product is no longer available, the Customer will be informed and, if possible, an alternative will be offered. The offer is valid while stocks last and can be modified or withdrawn at any time.
Article 4 - Ordering and Payment Orders are completed via the webshop and must be fully paid before processing. Payment can be made using the available payment methods, such as bank transfer, credit card, or other options. The seller reserves the right to refuse orders in case of payment issues or previous breaches by the Customer.
Article 5 - Delivery and Performance of the Agreement Orders are delivered to the address specified by the Customer. The standard delivery time is a maximum of 30 days unless otherwise mentioned. If this time frame is not feasible, the Customer will be informed. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the Customer once the goods are physically received. Visible damage or defects must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Article 6 - Retention of Ownership The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Return Policy The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason, unless otherwise specified. The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or personalized products. The Customer must notify the seller through an unambiguous statement (in writing or via email) and return the goods in their original condition and packaging. Return costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise agreed. If the product has been devalued due to use beyond necessary inspection, compensation may be charged. The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days after the return is received via the original payment method.
Article 8 - Warranty The statutory warranty applies to all products in accordance with consumer protection laws. The Customer must present proof of purchase to claim warranty. Warranty does not apply in cases of:

The seller is not responsible for delays or errors caused by external parties, such as transportation services.

Data is only used for order processing and service improvement. Customer data is not shared with third parties unless necessary for contract execution.
Article 12 - Force Majeure In case of force majeure (e.g., strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, technical failures), the seller reserves the right to suspend or cancel the agreement without being liable for compensation. If the force majeure situation lasts longer than 30 days, the Customer may cancel the order.
Article 13 - Intellectual Property All webshop content, such as images, texts, and logos, belongs to the seller or is used with permission. Without explicit written consent, these materials may not be copied, shared, or commercially exploited.
